Inside Sales Specialist (m/w/d)

Do you enjoy working with precision, in an organized manner, and independently? We’re looking for someone to join our Relution team in Stuttgart immediately in the area of order processing and quote management—you’ll handle a wide range of tasks related to quotes, orders, and invoices, and serve as the point of contact for customers, sales, and project management.

• You’ll process orders independently, from the customer’s order to completion
• You’ll prepare invoices and assist the accounting department with collections
• You’ll create and maintain quotes in our ERP system and verify the accuracy of incoming customer orders
• You’ll prepare performance reports as needed and obtain approval from our customers
• You’ll register and maintain supplier portals as well as internal CRM systems, such as our sales pipeline

• You have experience in order processing and invoicing, ideally also in accounts receivable
• You work accurately, conscientiously, and independently—even with recurring tasks, you maintain perseverance and attention to detail
• You’re a team player and enjoy communicating with a variety of contacts, especially when interacting with our sales team
• You have a very good command of German.
• You are proficient in Office 365.
• Experience in preparing quotes and fluency in English are a plus, but not required.
