Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

To find and inspire the right talent for our growth, we are looking for you: someone who loves recruiting, thinks proactively, and can take our employer branding to the next level.

  • You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process from briefing the hiring manager in the department to signing the contract. You are a reliable constant for candidates as well as the teams
  • You don't wait for applications, but actively source talent, build sustainable talent pools, and aim to find the best people and ensure a first-class candidate experience
  • You continuously optimize our recruiting processes, always with the individual needs of our teams and companies in mind
  • Together with our marketing team, you shape our employer branding, help define how we are perceived as an employer from the outside, and ensure that we become better known
  • You have a good sense of people and conduct interviews not only based on skills, but also on cultural and value fit
  • As part of the People Team, you also take on the tasks of the People Manager when they are absent

Your profile

  • You have a degree with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification and, above all, a genuine enthusiasm for recruiting
  • You have one to several years of professional experience in recruiting, whether as a headhunter in an agency or as an HR generalist in a company
  • You have a keen sense for people, are a good listener, and make candidates feel comfortable right away, even if it doesn't work out in the end
  • Ideally, you are already familiar with Personio as an ATS
  • You communicate clearly and in a recipient-oriented manner in German and, if necessary, fluently in English
