Your mission

You want to sell software and AI solutions that create real added value – while meeting the highest standards of security, transparency, and reliability?
We develop AI-supported software solutions for security-critical applications, including public, legal, and regulated organizations that want to use AI in a compliant, transparent, and responsible manner.

As a Sales Manager Software & AI, you are the interface between technology, product, and customer practice. You support organizations in introducing modern software and AI solutions and help them to exploit potential in a realistic and meaningful way.

  • You are responsible for the end-to-end sales process in the area of software & AI
  • You establish, maintain, and strategically develop a high-quality sales pipeline
  • You conduct pitches, product demos, and workshops - both remotely and on-site
  • You translate technical and AI-related content into clear, understandable customer benefits
  • You advise customers on suitable AI application scenarios, taking into account security, data protection, and regulatory requirements
  • You work closely with product and development teams to develop use cases and offers
  • You continuously develop your knowledge in the software and AI environment

Your profile

  • You have experience in B2B sales of software solutions, ideally in a complex or technological environment
  • You have a proven track record of success in building and closing sales pipelines (varying depending on seniority)
  • You have experience in lead generation, cold calling, or structured account development
  • You have a good basic technical understanding of software solutions and digital systems
  • You are interested in AI technologies and can clearly communicate the opportunities, limitations, and risks of AI
  • You communicate very well in German and English - both written and spoken
